Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 8bd89 platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the 8bd89 online gaming platform. Any changes to the terms will be published on this page.

Section 1: General Provisions

Important: These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute resolution.

8bd89 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2: Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and participate in gaming activities on the 8bd89 platform. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

Warning: For persons aged 21 and above only. Providing a false age when opening an account is a serious violation and may result in account termination.

2.2 Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. The following information must be provided:

  • Full legal name (as per national identity card)
  • Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
  • Correct date of birth
  • A working email address (optional)

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8bd89 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of the national identity card (NID) or other government-issued ID and proof of address may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Section 3: Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The following security rules are mandatory:

  • Never share your password with any third party.
  • Always log out after using a public computer or an unsecured network.
  • If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

8bd89 will never ask for your password or PIN by phone, email, or live chat. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent.

Section 4: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on the 8bd89 platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Minimum deposit amount: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited for each method.

When making a deposit, provide the correct amount and reference number. 8bd89 will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • The account must be fully verified.
  • Bonus wagering requirements (where applicable) must be met.
  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

8bd89 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity until verification is complete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 8bd89 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

Section 5: Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is offered on the first deposit at 8bd89, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus can be claimed only once and applies to each new member.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable after being wagered 20 times.

Please note: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. In the event of bonus abuse, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

8bd89 has three VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion to a higher tier is based on active gaming activity. 8bd89 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5.4 General Bonus Policy

All terms relating to bonuses:

  • A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • 8bd89 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion.
  • When a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

Section 6: Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games available on the 8bd89 platform are supplied by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.). Each game is governed by the rules of the respective provider.

8bd89 ensures the fairness and impartiality of all games. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be influenced by any party.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. 8bd89 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Cancellation or Technical Issues

If a game session is incomplete due to a technical error or connection problem, 8bd89 will determine the outcome based on the game log. This decision will be considered final.

Section 7: Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bd89 platform. Violation of these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
  • Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Using bots, automated software, or any other technical manipulation
  • Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
  • Providing false or fraudulent information
  • Participating in organized fraudulent activities against the platform
  • Playing games using third-party funds
Legal Action: If any of the above activities are detected, 8bd89 reserves the right to take legal action against the individual concerned.

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

8bd89 accepts no responsibility in the following circumstances:

  • If a game session is interrupted due to internet connection issues
  • If any loss occurs due to a fault in third-party game software
  • If unauthorized access to an account occurs due to the user's own negligence
  • If the service is disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government restrictions
  • If the user suffers financial loss as a result of bets or gaming activities undertaken at their own discretion

8bd89 is committed to ensuring the highest level of service as a safe and reliable platform. However, gaming inherently carries financial risk and the user voluntarily accepts this risk.

Section 10: Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your full balance before closing your account. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

10.2 At 8bd89's Discretion

8bd89 may unilaterally suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms
  • In the event of providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity
  • In cases of suspected money laundering or when required by legal investigation
  • For accounts that have been inactive for a long time (prior notice will be given)

Section 11: Changes and Amendments

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. Therefore, it is advised to review this page regularly.

Update Notice: The date of the latest terms and conditions will always be shown at the top of the page as the "Effective Date".
